Fruity spinach smoothie bowl

Ingredients for 4 people:

25 g chia seeds (black)
500 g kefir
100 g tender spinach leaves
1 large banana
50 g almond paste
60 g agave syrup
For garnish:
100 g dried soft apricots
100 g light grapes, seedless
2 tsp sesame seeds
4 spinach leaves

Preparation:

1. Mix chia seeds with 300 g kefir and leave covered in the refrigerator overnight.

2. Thoroughly wash and sort spinach leaves. Cut spinach leaves into small pieces. Peel banana and cut into pieces. Finely puree spinach with remaining kefir, banana, almond paste and agave syrup. Stir chia seed kefir vigorously and stir into the spinach mix. Cut apricots into fine strips. Rinse grapes and cut in half. Pour smoothie into bowls. Top with apricots and grapes and garnish with a spinach leaf. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes + swelling time
