Sweet apple and cherry risotto

Ingredients for 4 people:

600 ml apple juice
1 tablespoon butter
200 g risotto rice
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 packet of bourbon vanilla sugar
300 g apple dessert Braeburn
1 glass (720 ml) of Kaiser cherries
Also:
2 tablespoons flaked almonds

Preparation:

1. Heat the apple juice. Melt butter in a pot. Add rice and sauté until translucent. Add cinnamon. Stir in the apple juice little by little. Cook the rice for a total of about 25-30 minutes. Put the lid on and let the rice swell for about 10 minutes. Stir in vanilla sugar, apple dessert and Kaiser cherries and heat everything up while stirring.

2. Roast almonds in a small frying pan until they are fat-free. Sprinkle apple-cherry risotto with flaked almonds.

Tip:

You can add extra cinnamon sugar to the apple-cherry risotto for sprinkling.
