The mother of Al Pacino’s newest child, Noor Alfallah, has asked a court for full physical custody of their son.

Alfallah filed the petition to determine a parental relationship with the star actor. The request Alfallah used is common among unmarried couples with children.

Although Alfallah wants full physical custody, she is content with giving Pacino “reasonable visitation” rights. She also requested shared legal custody, meaning Pacino would have a say in major decisions regarding schooling and medical decisions in his son’s life. In addition, Alfallah also asked Pacino to have her legal fees paid by him.

It was confirmed in May that Alfallah and Pacino were expecting, with Alfallah being around eight months pregnant at the time. The two welcomed their first child, James, on June 6. He is Pacino’s fourth child.

At age 83, Pacino is one of the oldest fathers on record.
