Deep fried mozzarella with cucumber and sprouts salad

Ingredients for 4 people:

1/2 cucumber
1 bell bell pepper
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
salt, pepper
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
4 mozzarella of 100 g
some flour
1 egg
100 g breadcrumbs
frying fat
50 g sprouts, e.g. lentil sprouts
fresh basil

Preperation:

1. Cut cucumber into halve and cut into slices. Quarter the bell pepper, clean it
and cut into pieces. Mix vinegar with salt, pepper and olive oil. Peel garlic and squeeze into it. Mix marinade with prepared ingredients.

2. Dredge mozzarella first in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat the frying fat and fry the mozzarella until golden brown.
bake.

3. Fold the sprouts into the salad. Arrange the mozzarella and salad together
and garnish with basil leaves. Serve with ciabatta.

Preparation time approx. 20 minutes.
