Salmon crostini Swedish style

Ingredients for 4 people:

12 slices whole grain baguette
2 tablespoons oil

For the salmon cream:

150 g smoked salmon
125 g cream cheese
1 tsp. creamed horseradish
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 pinch of honey
2-3 tsp lemon juice
Pepper

Also:

1 red onion
80 g smoked salmon, thinly sliced
2 tsp chopped pistachios

Also:

Dill and lemon wedge for garnish

Preparation:

1. Briefly toast baguette slices in hot oil on both sides. Transfer to paper towel.

2. Dice salmon. Mix with cream cheese, horseradish cream, mustard and lemon juice in an electric blender. Season with pepper to taste.

3. Peel onion and cut into fine rings.

4. Spread baguette slices with salmon cream. Place onion and salmon on top and sprinkle with pistachios. Serve garnished with dill and lemon wedge.
