Pasta salad with pineapple, ham and cheese

Ingredients for 4 people:

250 g penne
salt
200 g fresh pineapple (peeled)
1 apple
80 g Emmental cheese
60 g Parma ham
juice of 1 orange
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt, pepper
1 handful of basil leaves

Preparation:

1. Cook penne in salted water according to instructions al dente. Cut pineapple into pieces. Rinse apple, quarter, core and cut into wedges. Dice Emmental cheese. Cut Parma ham into strips.

2. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water and drain well. Mix orange juice with olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix with the pasta pineapple, apple. Fold in Emmentaler and Parma ham. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Season again to taste. Fold in basil leaves.
