Jason Sudeikis To Pay Olivia Wilde $330,000 Yearly In Child Support To Settle Kids’ Custody Agreement

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA - APRIL 26: Director and actress Olivia Wilde speaks onstage during the Warner Bros. Pictures

Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde have settled their ongoing custody battle, with Sudeikis agreeing to pay $27,500 per month in child support for the ex-couple’s two children.

According to the court filings, the actors agreed to share joint custody of their 9-year-old son, Otis, and 6-year-old daughter, Daisy, on a “week-on, week-off basis.” Sudeikis will pay Wilde $10,300 per month for their son and $17,200 per month for their daughter.

Sudeikis has also agreed to fund 25% of Wilde’s childcare expenses.

Though the documents state that “the income of each party is in dispute and fluctuates,” it explains that the couple has agreed that “such disputes and fluctuations are not material to their agreement that Jason has an extraordinarily high income.” The filing adds that the amount determined under child support guidelines would surpass the children’s needs.

“The parties agree that child support for the minor children in the amount of $27,500 per month is sufficient to maintain the needs of the minor children considering Jason’s station in life,” the documents said, adding that the amount “is consistent with each child’s best interest, and application of the [child support] guideline would be unjust or inappropriate in this case.”

The decision comes more than a year after Wilde was notably served with divorce papers while on stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas in April 2022. The pair officially ended their relationship last November.
