A New York City massage therapist has sued Kevin Spacey for allegedly booking several massages with him, only to solicit sexual favors.

The plaintiff, who remains unidentified, claims that he encountered Spacey during the summer of 2016 at the New York Edition Hotel. He is seeking financial relief for anxiety, depression and PTSD.

Spacey allegedly booked appointments using an alias and wearing a ski mask during massages. The plaintiff has reported that the actor would compliment him on his appearance and ask him to commit sexual acts.

This is not the first time that Spacey has been accused of this behavior. In July, a U.K. jury acquitted the actor on nine counts of sexual assault that were said to have occurred between 2001 and 2003. He was also accused of sexual harassment in 2016 by a massage therapist in California, who died before the case made it to court.
