Potato salad with crabs

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 kg waxy potatoes
200 g cherry tomatoes
1 stalk of dill
6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
salt
pepper
sugar
150 g crème fraîche
2 tablespoons salad mayonnaise
2-3 tsp grated horseradish (from a jar)
a few squirts of lemon juice
200 g North Sea crab meat
lemon for garnish

Preparation:

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 20 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and peel, let rest.

2. Clean, wash and halve tomatoes. Wash dill, pluck off small flags. Cut potatoes into slices.

3. Heat vinegar. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle hot over potato slices and let stand.

4. Mix crème fraîche, salad mayonnaise and horseradish. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste.

5. Mix prepared salad ingredients, dressing and crab meat. Season to taste again and serve garnished with lemons.

Preparation time approx. 40 minutes (without waiting time).
