Blueberry honey

Ingredients for 4 people:

150 g soft dried plums
200 g blueberries
1 small banana
400 ml buttermilk
4 tbsp date syrup (alternative: liquid honey)
1 tsp grated organic orange zest
juice of 1 orange

Also:

2 tbsp. cashew nuts
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
100 g blueberries

Preparation:

1. Chop the prunes into small pieces. Carefully rinse and sort the blueberries. Peel the banana and cut into pieces. Finely purée the prunes, blueberries, banana, buttermilk, date syrup, orange zest and orange juice.

2. Halve the cashews. Toast the cashews and sunflower seeds. Rinse and sort the blueberries.

3. Pour the smoothie into bowls. Top with blueberries and serve sprinkled with the seeds.
