Kayne West will not be running for president in 2024, according to his personal attorney.

The rapper entered the presidential race in 2020 as a third-party candidate, only appearing on the ballot in 12 states. He won just 60,000 votes as the candidate for the Birthday Party.

According to election filings, his campaign did not raise any money in the most recent reporting period and had less than $25,000 cash.

“[West] is not a candidate for office in 2024,” the musician’s lawyer, Bruce Marks, confirmed to Rolling Stone.

Following a string of antisemitic remarks, he was removed from X (formerly Twitter).

West has been quiet on social media lately and has not responded to rumors about his speculated 2024 presidential run.

West and his wife, Bianca Censori, have been attracting a lot of attention while living in Italy for the past few months. Censori’s skin-tight outfits and odd behavior have earned a lot of attention from local press. The couple were even banned by a boat operator in Venice for “inappropriate behavior.”
