The Bank of Japan will debate a tweak to its yield cap program at its policy-setting meeting ending Tuesday, sources familiar with the matter said.
The move comes amid rising long-term Japanese government bond yields, partly due to market expectations that the central bank will raise its ceiling on 10-year yields, currently at 1.0 percent.
