Donald Trump wrote a fiery social media post on Wednesday railing against Judge Arthur Engoron, who is overseeing his New York civil fraud case, adding, “Leave my children alone.”

His fiery post also argued there is enough evidence for the case to be “dismissed.”

“This Rigged Trial, brought by the Racist New York State A.G. Letitia James before Trump and developer Hating Judge, Arthur Engoron, which should have never been brought in that the so-called STAR WITNESS, SleazeBag Lawyer (for many people) Michael Cohen, admitted last week on the stand that he LIED,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“Therefore, on that fact alone, this Fake Case should be dismissed,” he continued.

The former president’s comments were made regarding the ongoing civil trial brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) against his businesses and two eldest sons, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump.

The case claimed that the Trump family has allegedly inflated and deflated its asset value to lower their taxes and insurance costs.

Don Jr. is scheduled to take the stand on Wednesday, and Eric is expected to take the stand on Thursday.

Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, is also scheduled to testify. She was dismissed from the case defendant in June due to a statute of limitations technicality.

Last week, Trump took the witness stand defending comments he previously made to reporters following a gag order. As a consequence, Trump was fined twice for his violations.
