Succession actor Alan Ruck was involved in a two-car accident that ended up leading his pickup truck to crash into a pizza place.

CCTV footage showed that Ruck’s Rivian truck rear-ended a car stopped at a traffic signal and hit another vehicle before driving into Raffallo’s Pizza shop in Hollywood. The incident occurred at around 9:25 p.m. on Wednesday.

Ruck remained at the scene following the accident.

Despite the significant damage, only one person was later hospitalized with injuries that weren’t considered serious.

While the cause of the crash is still under investigation, Los Angeles Police Department officials do not believe drugs or alcohol had any role in the crash.

“The good thing is nobody was inside of the restroom. It was really hard last night, all the people that were crying … because they know to us, they know for so many years, they were crying and giving thanks to God because we were alive,” Walter Rosales, the owner of Raffalo’s, told KTLA.

For his role as Connor Roy in Succession, Ruck earned an Emmy nomination. He is also well known for his role as Cameron Fyre in the comedy Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. Interestingly, a plot point in the film involves Ruck’s character Cameron crashing a Ferrari through a window.

In March, Ruck spoke to uInterview exclusively about the Succession finale. “[Creator] **Jesse [Armstrong]**s right to end it now,” he said. “I think we’ll go out on a real high. I think it’s the best season we’ve done, really, and then we’ve done some pretty good stuff, you know. But I think it’s our best season. I think he’s smart to end it now, we’ll go out on a high note. I’ll miss everybody but that’s how it goes.”
