Salad in a bread nest

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 pack of pizza dough (450 g)
1 small romaine lettuce
4 radishes
1 tomato
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar bianca
5 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped dill
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp almonds, skinned

Preparation:

1. For the bread nest, cut the pizza dough into strips about 1 cm thick and braid them together. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place 4 ovenproof dishes (lightly oiled, approx. 12-13 cm diameter) with the opening facing downwards and place the braid on top of each. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (gas: level 23, fan oven: 160°C) for approx. 10-15 minutes.

2. Wash the romaine lettuce, remove the stalk and cut into strips. Rinse and clean the radishes and cut into slices. Rinse the tomatoes and dice and mix everything in a bowl.

3. Whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil and dill and season with salt and pepper.

4. Carefully remove the bread nests from the trays after baking and leave to cool completely. Chop the almonds. Fill the bread nests with salad and serve sprinkled with almonds.
