SVE WILL BUILD YOU A 800 HP GMC SIERRA, BUT YOU'LL HAVE TO DECIDE HOW YOU WANT IT

Not long ago, Specialty Vehicle Engineering debuted the 2024 Yenko/SC Silverado in lowered and off-road configurations, making the trucks suitable for street-truck enthusiasts or off-road ones. But, things were made even more spectacular with the company’s latest creation, boost-by-wire, which seeks to make driving a potently supercharged full-size truck a bit more comfortable when cruising or commuting. But, if you’re more interested in the same feature but under the guise of a more luxurious GMC Sierra, fret not, as SVE has those too.

2024 SVE GMC Sierra: Details

The 2024 Specialty Vehicle Engineering GMC Sierra is available for full-size trucks with either the 5.3L or 6.2L engines. Depending on your desired engine options, you will have either 700 or 800 horsepower. The trucks run on either 91 or 93-octane calibrations. But things get even more interesting with the new patent-pending boost-by-wire control system. It’s typical for vehicles with superchargers to constantly have that boost on tap simply by tapping the long pedal on the right, which is thrilling, especially with the whine to go with it. However, if you want more control over the amount of boost, this system will offer you that. The more the driver presses the accelerator, the more boost the supercharger will produce.

Now, you have a few options available depending on whether you want to get your hands on the lowered or off-road spec Specialty Vehicle Engineering GMC Sierra. The lowered versions, like the Yenko Silverado, are available in 2024 2WD or 4WD crew cab and double cab models. For the off-road buyers, you’re stuck with the 4WD configuration of the identical vehicles, though that makes sense as 4WD is necessary when taking on rugged terrain. Of course, there is an assortment of other truck options available to customers to make these highly unique pickups even more special for the buyer.

Like the 2024 Yenko/SC Silverado, just 50 each of the 700HP and 800 HP supercharged off-road and lowered SVE GMC Sierra trucks will be built. This means customers should act fast if this is on their wishlist. This should offer even more opportunities to get your hands on one of these high-powered trucks, as customers won’t just be limited to one brand of GM super truck.
