Grilled feta cheese

Ingredients for 4 people:

400 g feta cheese
8 chillies (mild or hot to taste)
Baking paper (or aluminium foil)
4 small sprigs of rosemary
½ bunch thyme
Pepper from the mill
16 tsp olive oil
Natural bast

Preparation:

1. Cut the feta cheese into portions. Rinse the chilli peppers and cut them lengthwise. Cut 16 sheets of baking paper, moisten and lay two on top of each other. Place the feta cheese on top. Spread the pepperoni and herbs top. Season with pepper and drizzle with olive oil.

2. Wrap the feta cheese in baking paper and tie with raffia. Grill the parcels on the edge of a hot charcoal grill or in an aluminium grill tray for approx. 6-8 minutes.
