Ingredients for 4 tartlets:

4 puff pastry sheets á 75g
1 sachet vanilla custard powder, 37g
40 g sugar
¼ l milk
100 g double cream cheese
1 egg yolk
2 tbsp cream
6 kiwis
40 g white chocolate, shaved
Also:
Butter for the moulds

Preparation:

1. Defrost the pastry according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the pastry sheets in half, roll out and line the buttered ramekins (10cm diameter) with it. Prick the pastry several times with a fork and refrigerate.

2. Mix the pudding powder and sugar with 3 tbsp milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, add the pudding powder and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Stir the cream cheese into the pudding and divide the mixture between the ramekins.

3. Whisk the egg yolk with the cream and brush the edges of the tartlets with it. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes.

4. Peel the kiwis, cut into wedges, spread over the cooled tartlets and decorate with chocolate shavings.

Tip:
Semi-solidly whipped, lightly sweetened whipped cream goes well with this.
