Twitch star Felix “xQc” Lengyel told fans that the legal drama with ex Samantha “Adept” Lopez is basically over.
For the past few years, xQc and Adept have been dealing with a messy “divorce” of sorts, with Adept apparently trying to get money from the famous streamer and cheating accusations. It’s all been very toxic and dramatic, but it looks like the drama may be coming to an end.
xQc and Adept lawsuit may finally be over
While streaming earlier this week, xQc revealed that the legal battle with Adept is done. The news came as a “surprise” to the streamer and he didn’t know how to really react at first.
Apparently, xQc thought it was going to take “months” and was happy the drama ended earlier than expected. Unfortunately, that doesn’t mean it’s completely over. Of course.
xQc admitted that it may be a bit difficult to get his McLaren back along with his other cars. This is because the cars were registered in Adept’s name due to xQc’s citizenship status at the time — even though he paid for them himself.
He said: “The cars are still frozen in the state they were in before. Just for now, because it’s a little bit complicated legally. But basically, the cars will be frozen for a little bit more.”
