SOMEONE MADE A GREEN C8 CORVETTE Z06 SINCE CHEVY NEVER DID

You might remember Chevrolet’s entry into the WEB3 space with an auction of an original NFT artwork, which was to be accompanied by a real-life 2023 Corvette Z06 painted in the one-of-one Minted Green paint job. Unfortunately, despite the ambitions to capture the attention of potential customers, the auction closed with zero bids. That meant that Chevrolet never made a Minted Green C8 Corvette Z06. But, all hope is not lost as a Mitsubishi dealership in New Jersey has a solution.

The Minted Green Z06 Chevy never built.

According to Corvette Blogger, someone took delivery of a White Pearl 70th Anniversary Z06 with an MSRP of $135,000, then proceeded to drop over $10,000 on paint protection. They then drove the car just 1,514 miles before trading it in for something else. That paint protection we just mentioned? That wrap does a spectacular job of giving the benevolent Corvette Z06 one of the most incredible colors a supercar could have. Best known as Lamborghini Verde Ithaca and McLaren’s metallic Napier Green, this color makes the Z06 a true piece of eye candy.

The Green Z06 you can actually buy.

Though the front and rear badging has been removed from the car, that’s not difficult to fix. Interested parties can take this green Corvette Z06 home for a reasonable price of $164,995. For that price, you get a unique 70th Anniversary Chevrolet Corvette Z06 with a 3LZ interior and a record-setting 670 horsepower flat-plane crank V8 at the back. If you’ve seen videos showcasing how spectacular this car performs on a track, you’ll know you’re getting your hands on an exceptional product.

Unfortunately, Chevrolet may never make a vibrant green Corvette Z06 like this, but it fits so perfectly with the car that we are glad someone else has done it. So, what do you think? Do you like the green on the Z06? Would you buy one if Chevrolet decided to make it an actual option for the supercar?
