"MARE Kikukawa Share House" is a share house where you can live with your pets. The share house occupies the 2nd to 4th floors of the building, and we also accept residents from overseas. Why not start a share house life with your beloved pet and other residents?

1. Shared living room
The MARE Kikukawa Share House occupies the 2nd to 4th floors of the building. The shared living room on the 2nd floor is a relaxing space with a wood grain motif, and is equipped with a large TV and two sofas. You can spend your time freely, whether you want to relax with your pet or hang out with the other residents.
2. Kitchen space
The shared living room also has a kitchen space. In addition to two large refrigerators, there is also a microwave, a toaster oven, and a rice cooker. It also has a three-burner stove, so it is recommended for large parties.
3. Other great facilities
There is a washing area for pets near the entrance on the second floor. You can wash off dirt immediately after going out for a walk. There are also two shower rooms on the second floor.
There are two washing machine and dryer sets on the third floor for your comfort. There is also a mini kitchen and refrigerator corner, which is convenient for cooking a little.
4. Dog run
There is a dog run on the rooftop! Even if you are busy and don't have time to take your dog for a walk, or the weather is not so good, you can easily let your dog play here. You can also see the Tokyo Skytree from the great view!

4 minutes walk from Kikukawa Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line
7 minutes walk from Morishita Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line
It takes about 20 minutes to get to Shinjuku Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line without having to transfer. The Toei Shinjuku Line also has direct connections to the Keio Line, making it a very convenient route.

The first floor of the same building is a hotel that can be rented out for one whole floor. The rooms are designed in a modern Japanese style and are furnished with antique furniture such as Sendai chests, allowing you to relax in a truly Japanese style room.
