Authorities have identified the driver killed after his vehicle veered off Route 202 and struck a tree in Morris Plains on Tuesday.
John McTernan, 65, of Morris Plains, died of his injuries at an area hospital following the crash around 10 a.m. in the area of Totten Way, borough police said.
There were no passengers in the vehicle. No other vehicles were involved in the crash.
