Swap Apple for Sky Mobile, as we find unbeatable iPhone 15 Pro Max price

By Harriet Morphy-Morris

TheiPhone 15 Pro Max sits at the top of Apple's newest smartphone range and thanks to its sharp display and new titanium design it's become one of the most sought-after phones. Now, one retailer is offering an unbeatable offer on the 256GB model, and it'll save you more than £300.

That's if you were to compare the price to Apple's current £1,199 price, as the newest deal from Sky Mobile will see you pay £335 less for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. It's one of the biggest drops we've seen, as new customers will pay £36 a month for a full 24-month contract.

The £864 total handset price certainly caught our eye as it's a fraction of the price shoppers who opt for the Apple store will pay. Of course, this isn't the final amount as it's a contract shoppers will have to pick a data SIM to go with it.

So, let's unpack it. Sky Mobile shoppers will pay £36 a month on a 24-month contract for the 15 Pro Max handset, from here you can pick a data deal from as little as £8 a month. Thanks to the provider's current double-data offer this cheapest £8 a month SIM price gets users 8GB of monthly data as opposed to its usual 4GB rate.

And the iPhone 15 Pro Max paired with 8GB of monthly data is still £143 cheaper than Apple's phone-only price. Of course, the bigger the amount of data you pick you may not save up againstApple's rival £1,199 price, but it's still worth it (in our techies' opinion).

For instance, if you pick the £28 a month 100GB data amount you'll get a doubled 200GB at checkout, bringing the total iPhone 15 Pro Max monthly price to £64 a month. Locked across a full two-years that's £1,536, yes it's more than Apple's phone-only price but includes a huge chunk of data.

If a mobile contract isn't for you, both Amazon and Very currently have a small £50 price drop on the 256GB model as it drops down to £1,149. If you're looking for a deal on the cheaper (and smaller) iPhone 15 you can read our full round-up here, including offers from Vodafone, EE, O2 and more.
