Sean Dyche shares damaging potential double injury blow for Everton ahead of West Ham clash

West Ham United travel to Merseyside to take on Everton in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Everton will be rejuvenated after clawing four points back from the original 10-point deduction they received, so the West Ham players will have to be 100% on it if they are to get all three points this weekend.

David Moyes will still be harbouring genuine ambitions of finishing inside the top seven in the Premier League table this season, and so he should be.

Everton can clearly be got at, and if we start the game on the front foot, there is no reason why we can’t go to Goodison Park and win.

It seems as though Everton could be understrength too…

Everton injury problems ahead of West Ham clash

Sean Dyche spoke to reporters this afternoon ahead of the big Premier League game on Saturday.

And the Toffees boss suggested that two of his key midfielders – Idrissa Gueye and Amadou Onana – face late fitness tests ahead of the match, as quoted Everton’s official website:

*“\[Gana\] is still settling down and Ama \[Onana\] has got a groin thing, similar to Gana’s, which is just settling down, so we’ll make more of a decision on them tomorrow\.”*

The Everton fans will be praying that both players are fit for the game because if they’re unavailable, it will be a major blow for them.

I’m really hoping that the West Ham players impose themselves onto Everton this weekend, and actually begin the game on the front foot, just like we did against Brentford on Monday.

We’ve got the players to do that, so hopefully Moyes follows the blueprint from the win over the Bees. And if the Toffees are without Gueye and Onana, our chances of winning the game will increase exponentially.
