Take-out Cafe "MOMOROW West" Serves Sweets Using Agricultural Products Such as Peaches of Kasugai District of Fuefuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, Highly Valued Since The Edo Period

Peach farm (around May)

Yamanashi Prefecture, which was called ``Koshu Hatchinka'' during the Edo period, is a production area of high-quality fruits, and Fuefuki City is known as Japan's largest producer of peaches and grapes. You can enjoy various varieties.

The Kasugai area, where we are conducting our activities, is located almost in the middle of the Kofu Basin surrounded by mountains, and is blessed with a rich water source from the Fuefuki River and fertile soil. The ideal alluvial fan area is most suitable for growing peaches, with little rainfall and large temperature differences between morning and evening, allowing the cultivation of high-quality peaches.

Receiving Kasugai's peach growing tradition guidance on farming

The bags that protect the peaches from strong winds, sunlight and insects are carefully removed one by one before shipping

Sweets made with fruits and vegetables from Yamanashi Prefecture (Peaches are availabel when harvested in summer around June to August)
