Cute dog that looks like much-loved Disney character captures attention

A dog that looks exactly like a well-known Disney character has gone viral on TikTok and people are totally obsessed.

The fluffy pup is called Churro and lives in Thailand, completely unaware that he has an uncanny resemblance to a famous pooch.

In the viral video, the TikTok user has applied a filter called Aggrieved Pets to their furry friend which makes him look exactly like Dug from the movie Up.

The effect makes the dog’s eyes smaller and nose and mouth huge, which is exactly what the Disney Golden Retriever looks like.

“Mommy said I look like a superstar in a movie,” they wrote in the caption.

Dug is one of the main characters in the 2009 cartoon, which follows an old widower called Carl who goes on an adventure with Boy Scout Russell.

They attach balloons to his house and jet off in search for a place called Paradise Falls, his late wife’s dream destination.

Dug is a fun-loving dog who speaks English via a special collar that translates his thoughts into speech, invented by his former master, Charles Muntz.

The clip has had a staggering 17 million views and people think the resemblance is crazy.

One person wrote: “Real life Dug.”

“Oh my it’s Dug!” said another.

A third person added: “Dug… is that you?”

“Dug’s long lost brother,” another agreed.
