Emergency services have been called to a crash involving three vehicles on the A20.
The coastbound route is closed following the incident, which has happened near the Swanley Interchange.
Traffic has been stopped between the A223, Chislehurst, and the junction 3 of the M25, Swanley.
Police, paramedics and firefighters are at the scene.
There are delays of about 20 minutes and two miles of congestion on approach.
