Manchester United wing wizard Amad Diallo has named his dream five a side line-up, including four of his current teammates.

Amad Diallo has had the opportunity to play alongside some special players throughout his career, and now he’s been tasked with naming his dream 5-a-side team.

At Manchester United alone, Amad has shared a badge with Cristiano Ronaldo, Edinson Cavani, Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Marcus Rashford.

While at Atalanta there was the likes of Duvan Zapata and also Papu Gomez.

But who has Amad chosen in his dream 5-a-side line-up?

Let’s find out…

Amad Diallo chooses his dream 5-a-side

Amad has recently partaken in a Q&A with fans, via the club’s official website.

In this, he was asked various questions, including the young winger being asked to name his dream 5-a-side team. This included four of his current Old Trafford teammates.

“I would take Bruno Fernandes, [Marcus] Rashford, in the past I take [Josip] Ilicic. Defender, I would take Lisandro Martinez. Goalkeeper or no? Goalkeeper I take Andre Onana.”

Amad added further praise for one of these players when asked about which players he has looked up to most in his career.

To this question, Amad said: “The player who is a big inspiration for me is Bruno Fernandes.”

Amad Diallo should be afforded chance to prove himself Bruno Fernandes’ successor

Despite impressing last season during his loan at Sunderland, this season has seen Amad’s career regress, due to an untimely injury but also Erik ten Hag‘s reluctance to utilise him.

Showing decent signs on his limited opportunities this season to date, Amad deserves a real chance to impress and with right wing competitive for minutes, this could instead some in deputising for Fernandes.

Amad has every quality needed to perform behind the striker and could actually thrive, with Fernandes in desperate need of a rest as he’s carrying an injury.

Therefore this weekend could be perfect against Everton at Old Trafford to give him this chance.
