Bradley Riches’ boyfriend is Scott Johnston. He often posts photos with his partner of over a year on social media, and has been openly gay since appearing on Heartstopper as James McEwan.
Coming up to two years together, they started going out when Bradley was just 20 years old. It is thought the two met in Surrey, where they often take Scott’s dog, Nelson, out for a walk.
Many wondered if Bradley had a boyfriend after seeing his close friendship with Strictly Come Dancing professional Nikita Kuzmin. However, the CBB star is completely in love with Scott.

Big Brother star Brad says Scott helped him find “true happiness,” with the pair often saying “I love you” on social media. His partner’s voice is heard on Bradley’s audiobook, A Different Kind of Superpower.
He pointed and waved to his boyfriend during the Celebrity Big Brother launch night on March 4. Bradley posted about Scott in a TikTok last month, which he captioned, “Song is vibes. Boyfriend is vibes.”
Bradley also done another skit about his boyfriend. He done a jokey reaction piece and wrote, “When you’re overstimulated and your boyfriend does the smallest thing.”
Bradley and Scott’s timeline
Bradley and Scott made their relationship official on February 8, 2021. Since then, they’ve celebrated one year together by going adventure climbing, and went parasailing in Puerto del Carmen in July 2022.
Their first public photo on Instagram was shared on August 25, 2021, where they attended a gin festival hand-in-hand, before going on a romantic trip to Winter Wonderland later that year.
The couple often take Scott’s dog, Nelson, out for daily walkies in the forest. They also went to the Fast and Furious premiere together, as well as a Spotify launch event a month before Bradley’s CBB debut.
