Three brand new Blizzards are on their way to Dairy Queen for summer 2024 – and they look delicious.
The chain’s Summer Blizzard menu was shared by Instagram user Snackolator this week, who reveals all the latest food secrets.
Dairy Queen’s summer Blizzards
“The Dairy Queen Summer Blizzard Menu drops on April 1st with THREE new Blizzards and this is *not* an April Fools Day joke!” the Instagram user said.
There are three brand new flavors:
- Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Party
- Ultimate Cookie (Oreo, Chips Ahoy and Nutter Butter)
- Picnic Peach Cobbler
Plus, three old favorites are returning:
- Frosted Animal Cookie
- Brownie Batter
- Cotton Candy
The Dairy Queen website confirms the news is true as it says May’s Blizzards of the Month are going to be Picnic Peach Cobbler and Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Party, while June’s is Ultimate Cookie Blizzard.
Their Frosted Animal Cookie Blizzard was a hit last year, reminding customers of being a kid again with frosted animal cookies and pink confetti frosting. The Brownie Batter is a chocolate lover’s dream, blended with rich brownie batter and brownie dough pieces.
Plus, the Cotton Candy Blizzard is a summer classic, blending colorful cotton candy sprinkles with their famous soft serve.
The new Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Party sounds similar to a 2015 Blizzard, the Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Smash, which combined peanut butter cookies, chocolate chip cookie dough, peanut butter, and chocolate chunks with creamy vanilla ice cream.
Dairy Queen fans can’t wait
The three new flavors are tingling everyone’s taste buds, with one person commenting: “Ultimate Cookie 😍😍😍😍😍😍.”
“Ooh Peach Cobbler looks like fun,” said another.
A third person added: “I’m excited for the Ultimate Cookie Blizzard.”
Others are really excited about the return of the Cotton Candy Blizzard, while some are disappointed that the S’mores flavor isn’t coming back. The S’mores Blizzard was on the 2023 fall menu, with marshmallow-filled Dairy Queen chocolate bars and graham cracker pieces.
