Kim Kardashian sparked rumors she has a sixth toe back in 2020, when a photo of her left foot appeared to look as though she had an extra little toe. The speculation began during a controversial birthday trip.
When she turned 40 years old, the star was pictured during her lavish trip to a private island. A trio of photos showed her dressed in a printed orange dress, with her feet exposed in open-toe sandals.
Everyone quickly picked up on how Kim appears to have a sixth toe on her foot, which has since become a wild theory – even after the Hulu star totally shut down the speculation.
She shuts down six toes rumors
Kim addressed how everyone thinks she has six toes, calling the rumor “really wild,” while filming the aforementioned foot in a flip flop, eventually pointing out a tiny bump on the left side.
“But it’s this part of my foot that when I wear a shoe just like this, it like smashes down right here,” she adds, calling the whole thing “very baffling” on a second video – so Kim agrees with fans!
“And in a picture, I don’t know why, it looks like a sixth toe,” Kim pointed out, and even counted out each of her five toes. “I hope that answered my sixth toe question because I only have five toes on each foot.”
It’s simply down to family genetics and the natural shape of her foot, and it’s not just the one Kardashian facing rumors. Khloe left fans utterly confused when she also appeared to have six toes.
Fans think Khloe has a sixth toe, too
In 2021, Khloe Kardashian was accused of having a sixth toe, just a year after her sister Kim faced the same speculation. It followed what was believed to be an edit fail in a bikini pic.
She posed in a bright pink bikini in her Neon Swim range of swimwear for Good American but fans were quickly distracted by the extra pinky toe, noticing an extra ‘bump’ on the side of her foot.
One fan questioned, “Six toes?” while another said, “Those feet don’t look right.” Khloe never addressed the six toes scandal but it was soon assumed she’d just used Photoshop.
A year later, during an episode of The Kardashians, Khloe’s foot appeared to have six toes, but similarly to her sibling’s, it looks like it’s just a natural bump on her foot that pushes forward against pressure.
