‘Honestly’: Reiss Nelson names the Arsenal player who always amazes him in training

Arsenal are doing extremely well at the moment. The Gunners are above Liverpool and Manchester City in the Premier League table and have progressed to the quarter-finals of the UEFA Champions League.

Maybe, just maybe, Arsenal could win the Premier League and the UEFA Champions League this season. You just never know.

One Arsenal player who is not making a huge impact is Eddie Nketiah. The striker is a squad player at the Gunners at the moment.

The 24-year-old striker has scored six goals and given five assists in 33 matches in all competitions for Arsenal this season. The England international striker has made just 10 starts in the Premier League this campaign.

Reiss Nelson gives his verdict on Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah

Reiss Nelson is a big fan of his Arsenal teammate Nketiah. The 24-year-old winger has noted that Nketiah is the best finisher at the club and always amazes him in training.

When asked about the best finisher at Arsenal, Nelson named Nketiah and said on Sky Sports: “If it’s one-on-one with the keeper, 90th minute. You know what it is? People would just think we have seen each other, but honestly, from what I see on the training ground. Gabi is very clean, Eddie and Gabi for me.”

My View: Eddie Nketiah has to leave Arsenal this summer

In my opinion, Eddie Nketiah has to leave Arsenal in the summer transfer window. I do not see any point in the former Leeds United loanee staying at the Emirates Stadium for another season.

Gabriel Jesus is ahead of Nketiah in the pecking order. When Jesus was injured, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta deployed Kai Havertz as the false nine.

I do not see Nketiah even becoming the number one striker at Arsenal. He has to leave.

HITC revealed this week that Arsenal are willing to cash in on the English striker in the summer transfer window. West Ham United and Crystal Palace are among the clubs keen on Nketiah, who has scored 19 goals and given five assists in 113 appearances in the Premier League so far in his career.
