Paris Hilton sits down with her A-List friends and family for a weekly chat on her podcast, I Am Paris. This March, she caught up with her aunt, Kyle Richards, over three episodes. The ladies talk ‘the past, the present, and the future’ on the podcast. Kyle shares her “life lessons” with her niece as well as some parenting tips as Paris just welcomed her second child.
Between the drama on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and the upcoming scenes from Buying Beverly Hills, reality TV fans are almost always talking about Kyle Richards. As she shares more of her life on I Am Paris, listeners get to know how Paris Hilton‘s grandmother was “obsessed” with her and how Kyle stood up to school bullies for the star many years ago.

Paris introduces Kyle as a RHOBH cast member and actress, however, she adds she is “most importantly” her aunt.
The two touch on Kyle’s career during the “past” episode and the reality star explains how her mother put her into acting “because she was so shy.”
Kyle explained how acting “taught her how to fake it” in not being shy and added how she got to work with big names in the industry such as Betty Davis.
She added how she slept in the same bed as her mom until she was 15 because she was “afraid” at night due to the horror movies she acted in.
Paris’ aunt defended her
Kyle and Paris covered a lot of ground in their three-part podcast including why the former opted to join the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast.
RHOBH star Kyle said her life had been difficult during the latest season of the show and added how her niece had “been there” for her.”
In the “past” episode, the two also recalled a time when bullies “made fun of Paris for having big lips at school.”
Kyle explained how Paris was “too young to understand that there was a lot of jealousy.” Paris would “get her feelings hurt,” and prefaces what she goes on to say with a sidenote that she was 23 years old at the time.
Paris’ aunt said she pulled the bullies aside and warned “If you ever speak to her like that again…”. She added how “she forgets the rest” but the “girl cried” by the end of the conversation.
Kyle’s future
In the final podcast segment, Paris said she “can’t wait” for her kids to start skiing in the future after Kyle admitted it’s her “favorite” thing to do as a family.
They make some plans to build snowmen with Paris’ “babies” before doing a quickfire round of ‘this or that’ questions.
Kyle chooses “Stagecoach” over “Coachella” due to her love of country music which Paris questions. However, the two agree their whole family is “obsessed” with Taco Bell, as Kyle opts for the food outlet over McDonald’s.
Kyle said: “We do love some junk food in our family.”
As the duo rounds off the fun episode, Paris tells her aunt to “keep sliving” [slaying and living] which she agrees “she will be.”
