Kate Middleton’s nanny is ‘banned’ from uttering particular word in front of her children

Kate Middleton’s children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis have hugely different lives from most children and also differ from regular kids in the way they’re referred to, by their nanny.

Although Kate Middleton is taking an extended break from royal duties for now, when she’s in full health, she and Prince William have a packed schedule of meetings to attend to, so you can imagine a nanny really is a lifesaver. Although the couple seems relaxed to work for, there’s one word they just won’t allow in the nanny’s vocab…

Kate Middleton won’t let her nanny say certain word in front of her children

Kate and William had their first child, Prince George in 2013, and a year later, they hired their first nanny. It’s no different to the way his father, and uncle, Prince Harry were looked after. In fact, they hired a nanny trained at the prestigious Norland College, just like King Charles and Diana did for them.

Nannys trained at the establishment are ‘banned’ from referring to children as one common word, kids.

Author Louise Heren who spent a year at the college researching a documentary told the Mirror that nanny Maria Borrallo, who lived with the family “will know to never refer to the Royal children as ‘kids’. Instead, they must be addressed by their names or as children.”

“The word kid is banned. It’s a mark of respect for the children as individuals,” she told the publication.

“Bedtime takes place at 7 pm, new foods and flavors are introduced every few days and playtime takes place outside,” the author said in another interview with The Sun, as she provided more insight.

“There will be no messing. That’s because Maria will be aware that as they step off planes, holding mum’s hands, smiling and waving to the crowds, there can’t be any crying or terrible twos or tantrums,” she explained.

The Prince and Princess’ photo of their children gained over 100k followers

If you haven’t heard about the Kensington Palace photo fiasco over the last couple of weeks, you must have been living under a rock.

In short, the Princess of Wales was forced to apologize, after it was revealed a ‘recent photo’ of herself and her children had been ‘manipulated’. The photo was then issued a ‘kill notice’ by a number of big-picture agencies.

After ‘wild theories’ began circulating social media, with some even claiming the photo was taken at the end of 2023.

Despite the drama not looking good for the pair, on the bright side, they gained a whopping 110k followers in three days.
