The Republican Party of Florida congratulates President Donald J. Trump on his overwhelming victory in tonight's Preference Primary election.
While the Associated Press has not yet called the race, Trump is leading with nearly 80% of the vote, with 57% reporting, and is the only candidate in the race.

"The Florida GOP was proud to officially endorse President Trump earlier this year and tonight's results underline what we already know: Florida Republicans are united and ready to send Joe Biden back to his basement in Delaware this November," said Chairman Evan Power. "I want to congratulate President Trump on his overwhelming victory tonight, and I look forward to working with him to Make America Great Again!"
Trump will secure all of Florida's 125 delegates when Republicans officially choose their nominee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin this July.
