Report: What you actually get if you buy the most expensive £50,000 seats at Everton's new stadium

The new Everton stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock is a construction set to completely alter the football club for the better.

And it is so sorely needed.

The Toffees have been treading water for decades, and despite threatening to go under a few times in recent years, thus far Sean Dyche has proved to be their life jacket this season.

However, he cannot keep working miracles forever, and with form faltering there are fears that things could crumble around them.

All they need to do is survive until they can make the move from Goodison Park, where countless new opportunities await.

Everton’s new stadium capacity

With a plan to improve the atmosphere having been detailed recently in the new stadium, things are certainly set to improve all across the board once Everton move into the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium.

And that newfound positivity only grows with each new update on its progress, which has been startling since the turn of the new year.

So much so, they have even somewhat diverted their attention towards renovating the surrounding area, adding gates into the historic dock wall which frames the iconic new build.

Continued drone footage also helps to truly detail these changes periodically, of the arena that is due to hold 52,888 fans.

Prices for general match-day and season tickets are still being discussed by the club, with supporter groups set to be consulted regularly before an official scheme is published.

What you get in the most expensive seats at Everton’s new stadium

Writing for iNews, journalist Mark Douglas has now offered the following insight into what will be the most expensive tickets in the entire ground.

He noted: ‘The stadium’s most expensive seats – retailing at £50,000 per season for a pair – are in the enclosure just above the dugouts and might just rank as the plushest in any ground in England.

‘These are the first lounge seats ever to go on sale in this country, which come complete with arm rests, cup holders and a mini TV screen on the seat in front. These proved so popular there is now a waiting list.

‘Everton don’t call this hospitality, instead branding it as “All Experiences”. That’s because a lot of the seats will be reserved to be sold on a match-by-match basis, opening them up to families or friends wanting to shell out for one off celebrations. It’s a neat idea.’

It seems like, for once, the Toffees are being proactive and breaking new ground in their attempts to cultivate new ways of boosting their revenues.

What will happen to Goodison Park when Everton move to new stadium?

Whilst it will mark a sad day when Everton eventually depart Goodison Park, it has already been widely accepted as a practise that must be undertaken in order for the club to progress and realise its ambitions.

Fortunately, a plan is in place to reintegrate the Old Lady back into the local community, boosting an area that has already gained so much from Everton’s presence.

The Goodison Park legacy project was likely a huge factor in securing all the necessary permission to push through the Bramley-Moore Dock stadium, which is set to see the regeneration of the place that has been Everton’s home for over 131 years.

Its plans are as follows: ‘The scheme includes affordable and social housing, a community health and medical centre, residential care, an enterprise building, a new education centre, offices, community-focused retail, three residential towers and a park.’
