‘I don’t understand’: Conor Bradley says Liverpool have a player who always confuses him in training

Training at Liverpool must be absolutely incredible to watch.

The Reds have some of the most talented and fittest players in all of world football, and while training at certain clubs can be a bit of a laugh and a lacklustre standard, we have to believe that the standards at Kirkby at the moment are incredibly high.

Jurgen Klopp always demands the most out of his players, and speaking on the Premier League’s YouTube channel, Conor Bradley has shared a bit of insight into Liverpool’s training sessions and one player in particular.

Indeed, according to Bradley, Virgil van Dijk is absolutely incredible in training, claiming that he’s unbelievable and he doesn’t understand how the Dutchman makes things look so easy in these sessions.

Van Dijk is incredible in training

Bradley spoke about the centre-back.

“What’s he like in training?” Bradley was asked.

“He’s just a Rolls Royce. I think that’s the best way to describe him, he’s unbelievable. I don’t understand how he makes it look so easy, that’s the maddest thing for me,” Bradley said.

Remarkable

We can’t even begin to imagine what it’s like to train alongside a player like Van Dijk.

The defender is a class above every other player in the Premier League at the best of times, so imagine what he’s like when he has to play against footballers whose games he knows inside out.

Van Dijk will be absolutely unbeatable behind the scenes at Liverpool, he’s played with these players every week for years and years, and he will know exactly how to stop them and exactly how to get the better of them.

Liverpool training would be brilliant to watch, but scary to take part in, and it doesn’t surprise us at all to hear that Van Dijk is one of the very best players in the entire squad behind the scenes.

Van Dijk is a remarkable footballer.
