Erling Haaland has now expressed a concern regarding the upcoming Premier League clash between Arsenal and Manchester City.
The 23-year-old made the comments when speaking to VG in Norway.

Well, the Manchester City No.9 shared some concerns he holds over the difference in quality between the Czech Republic – Norway’s first opponents during the international break – and Arsenal.
Haaland appears to suggest that facing a team such as the Czech Republic before taking on the Gunners is not the ideal preparation for such a huge game in the Premier League title race.
The Norway international said: “The problem is not playing the games, but the quality. The quality goes down.
“It’s nice to play for the country, but it’s different to facing Arsenal next weekend versus the Czech Republic at home. I won’t lie. There is a big difference, but what do you do? There are as many matches as possible in the calendar. That seems to be the goal.”
Haaland makes a good point.
Intensity is a major part of football nowadays, and the Norwegian could be in for a real shock against Arsenal if the Czech Republic make life too easy for him over the international break.
Of course, Haaland will know what to expect from Arsenal having already made five appearances against the Gunners, although facing a lesser side in the Czech Republic is not the most ideal warmup for the towering striker, it must be said.
Record against the Gunners
Haaland – who Gilberto Silva claims would not suit Mikel Arteta’s style of play – boasts an impressive record against Arsenal.
As aforesaid, the Leeds-born striker has made five appearances against the Gunners since arriving at Manchester City, and has registered four goal involvements in those games.
Haaland has two goals and two assists against Arsenal – winning three and losing two of these five matches.
That should give the Manchester City talisman confidence going into next Sunday’s crucial Premier League clash, although he sounds as if Norway’s friendly against the Czech Republic is somewhat playing on his mind.
