In the morning of Friday, March 22, aviation was deployed into the sky in Poland. This was in response to a nighttime missile attack by Russian forces on Ukraine, according to the Twitter (X) of the Armed Forces of Poland.
They reported that during the night of March 22, there was activity of long-range aviation of the Russian Federation, associated with missile strikes by Tu-95, Tu-22, and MiG-31 aircraft on objects located on the territory of Ukraine.
"All necessary procedures have been initiated to ensure the safety of Poland's airspace, and the Department of Air Traffic Services is constantly monitoring the situation. We warn that Polish and allied aviation is involved, which may lead to an increase in noise levels, especially in the southeastern part of the country," the material states.
