Much of Kharkiv is without power after Russia targeted the city’s energy infrastructure.
"Due to the blackout of pumping stations in the city, problems with water supply are already being observed,” he said.
“Electric transport will not operate on routes in the morning — buses will provide transportation according to a contingency plan for the blackout," Terekhov confirmed issues with electricity in the city.

A series of explosions rocked Zaporizhzhya, with the first wave around 4:00 a.m. EET and another wave shortly after 5:00. Russia launched at least eight missile strikes against the city, Zaporizhzhya Regional Military Administration head Ivan Fedorov reported.
"Infrastructure objects have been hit. Civilian buildings have been damaged,” he said.
“We are clarifying information about the number of injured people.”
