Christina Bobb, the conspiracy theory-peddling former anchor at One America News who was recently hired as an "election integrity" attorney at the Republican National Committee, is being described in highly unfavorable terms by a longtime Republican election lawyer.

In an interview with the Washington Post, attorney Benjamin Ginsberg said that Bobb was an "unguided missile" whose actions were likely to hurt the credibility of both the RNC and American elections in general.

In particular, Ginsberg raised the possibility that Bobb would file frivolous "voter fraud" claims with little chance of success solely with the goal of riling up Republican voters.

“If more evidence-free lawsuits are filed based only on the belief that the other side is rigging the election, it will be increasingly difficult for whoever wins to actually govern,” he said.

The Post notes that Bobb, during her tenure as an OAN anchor, was front and center in terms of promoting bogus election claims.

"Bobb worked in front of the camera and behind the scenes to undermine Biden’s win in 2020," writes the Post. "In Arizona, she helped Trump attorney Rudy Giuliani arrange a meeting that aired false assertions of mass election fraud and later promoted a review of 1.1 million ballots in the state’s most populous county that election experts widely discredited as unreliable."

Bobb was also named as a defendant in a lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems, the voting machine company that was the target of multiple bogus conspiracy theories that were in part concocted by a Minnesota-based "cactus artists" who claims that she can speak with the wind.
