DTEK remains committed to actively addressing the fallout from the Russian energy attacks in other Ukrainian oblasts, the company added.

Emergency blackout schedules were also reportedly canceled for Poltava, Sumy, Zaporizhzhya, Kirovohrad, and Vinnytsia oblasts.

National energy operator Ukrenergo’s dispatch center instructed that power rationing should be halted for all households in Ukraine except for those in Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Khmelnytskyi, and Odesa oblasts.
