An explosion occurred in Kharkiv as a result of Russian shelling this afternoon, March 23. After that, an air raid siren sounded in the city.

"A minute before the air raid was announced, an explosion was heard in Kharkiv," the media said in a report dated 17:39.

According to the mayor's office, Kharkiv is under Russian fire.

"The city is again under fire from the occupiers. Be careful!" Kharkiv mayor Terekhov wrote in his Telegram.
