The celebrity couple were first cast as Peter Parker and MJ in Marvel’s reboot of the Spider-Man franchise in 2016 and first denied dating rumors in 2017. Throughout the years, rumors continued to swirl around Hollywood, and in 2021, they were first spotted kissing in a car in LA. Ever since then, they’ve been going strong, and although they tend to keep their relationship low key, we tend to see hints of cute date nights here and there.

In 2017, Tom Holland iconically took part in the hit show, Lip Sync Battle where he performed his rendition of Rihanna‘s Umbrella, going against Zendaya, who performed 24K Magic while dressed as Bruno Mars.
At the time, the two were co-stars but had denied any dating rumors, however, the chemistry between ‘Rihanna and Bruno’ here was undeniable.
During his performance, the 27-year-old wore a black corset with leather look hot pants and fishnet tights, finishing the look off with a black bob wig, as he strutted around stage, dancing with an umbrella.
The camera panned to now-girlfriend Zendaya who held her hands over her open mouth in disbelief, but the smile peeked through. Further on in the video, Holland could be seen ‘grinding’ against the 27-year-old, which we’re sure she didn’t mind at all.
The Captain America star recently reflected on the performance, calling it an ‘amazing time’. “It was an amazing time,” he told the Hollywood Reporter. “My life was changing before my eyes. Spider–Man was coming out. I was on the up. I was getting offers and turning them down for the first time, which was really crazy.”
Fans took to the comments of the TikTok video to reminisce on the time, as one penned: “And here you can admire the moment when Zendaya fell in love.”

Although it wasn’t quite Lip Sync Battle, the two were recently spotted having a singalong together at the BNP Paribas Open.
In the adorable video, the two could be seen sitting on the sidelines of the court, keeping the good vibes going through the sporting breaks, singing along to Whitney Houston’s I Wanna Dance with Somebody.
Getting into the mood, Holland threw his hands up to the beat, and mirroring the Lip Sync Battle days, the Euphoria beamed and looked on while also singing along.
