Global Peace Summit

During his speech at the G20 summit in November 2022, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyн proposed a "peace formula" to halt Russia's full-scale invasion.

In January 2024, Ukraine and Switzerland began preparations for hosting the Global Peace Summit, where the proposed "peace formula" will be discussed. The meeting will be attended by heads of states, with over 80 countries and international institutions involved in its preparation.

Switzerland's government has chosen Geneva as the venue for the summit.
