Gabriele Biancheri scores for Wales under-19s

Gabriele Biancheri has recently been called into the Wales under-19 squad, and he made a decisive impact in their latest match.

Biancheri struck the winner as Wales secured an impressive away win against Belgium’s under-19s.

This was just his second match at under-19s level. He wrote on X: “Good way to end the camp.”

Biancheri had previously been part of the Wales under-17s squad, netting twice. Now he has stepped up a level.

Biancheri on Erik ten Hag’s radar

Still only 17-years-old, Gabriele Biancheri is making good progress at club level and for his country. He’s a striker Manchester United should be excited about.

First team Manager Erik ten Hag is paying attention. Biancheri was pictured training with the Manchester United senior squad after Rasmus Hojlund suffered an injury in late February.

United are expected to sign another striker this summer, but Biancheri can force his way into the mix too. His recent international exploits serve to further underline his potential.
