Liverpool have the fifth-highest payroll in the Premier League for the 2023/24 season with the Anfield natives’ annual first-team wage bill totalling at a huge £138,840,000.
The Reds pay Jurgen Klopp’s side an average wage of £98,889-a-week for a weekly payroll of £2,670,000. Liverpool’s annual payroll also sits behind Manchester United (£198,710,000), Man City (£192,660,000), Arsenal (£169,156,000) and Chelsea (£153,114,000) in the league.
Moves to sign Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton & Hove Albion plus Dominik Szoboszlai from RB Leipzig in 2023 put Liverpool’s salary list up a level. Conor Bradley also agreed to sign an improved contract at Anfield this season in reward for the right-back’s senior breakthrough.
