Bayern Munich goalkeeper Manuel Neuer will miss the top Bundesliga game against Borussia Dortmund on Saturday.

"Manuel Neuer is out. Aleks Pavlovic is unfortunately not available. Raphael Guerreiro also isn't back yet. And Sacha Boey got injured during the week. Those four are out," coach Thomas Tuchel said in a news conference on Friday.

Neuer suffered an adductor injury while at the national team which ruled him out of matches against France and the Netherlands. Sven Ulreich is expected to be between the posts on Saturday.

"It's nothing to do with risk. The pain is simply too great. We hope a week is enough and he'll be in goal against Heidenheim," the coach said.

But Bundesliga top scorer Harry Kane trained with the team and will play after an ankle problem that made him miss England matches against Brazil and Belgium. Wingers Kingsley Coman and Serge Gnabry, meanwhile, will return to the matchday squad.

"Harry trained fully with the team yesterday, has stepped things up each day. It's all fine, he'll play," Tuchel said.

After winning 11 consecutive Bundesliga titles, Bayern are in a very unusual position in this season's table. They are second and sit 10 points behind leaders Bayer Leverkusen with eight games left.

"The table is how it is. But we can win the Klassiker. It's an emotional game, an important game in the Bundesliga with a big rivalry and history. So, there's no differences," Tuchel said.
