Christian Horner has long made it clear he wants the current Red Bull saga to be put to bed in the best interests of both himself and wife Geri Halliwell.
But the Briton won't be happy with Netflix, with the streaming site set to address the ongoing saga in the next series of Drive to Survive.
Horner was cleared of misconduct by Red Bull, with a female employee accusing the Briton of inappropriate behaviour.
The 50-year-old has always denied wrongdoing and has overseen the first three races of the new season in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Australia respectively.
Earlier this month, Horner called for the media attention surrounding his private life to end. He also said the situation has been tough for wife Geri, too.
But Netflix boss James Gay-Rees has revealed the show does intend to cover the current saga, despite Horner's desire for it all to be put to bed.
"It will have to be referenced in some capacity, yeah," he told the Daily Telegraph.
"And they will all want it to be told in a particular way, so it’s about treading that line to keep everybody happy, and to keep Netflix happy, and us – so we can sleep at night with the decisions we’ve made.
"You have to have balance. I think Horner is looking OK for the time being, but it doesn’t feel like it’s done yet.
"It will all depend on how it plays out.
"I don’t know what he got up to – and I genuinely don’t have an opinion on it, but he’s been through it and you wouldn’t wish that on anybody."
Gay-Rees also confirmed he'd spoken to Horner since the allegations emerged.
And he admitted that Horner blamed Netflix for the strong attention the matter has received.
"Yeah that's what Christian said to me: 'This is all your fault'."
Despite Horner facing scrutiny during the early stages of the season, Red Bull have still impressed on the grid.
Max Verstappen won the first race of the season in Bahrain before triumphing in Saudi Arabia.
And though he was unable to finish the Grand Prix in Australia last weekend, the 26-year-old is very much the man to beat.
Verstappen has been linked with a move to Mercedes over the past few weeks.
Silver Arrows chief Toto Wolff has even stirred the pot by revealing he's 'waiting' for Verstappen, who could replace Lewis Hamilton.

However, Verstappen insists he's happy at Red Bull and talk of a departure has started to quieten down as a result.
Horner, speaking on March 7, made it clear he wanted 'intrusions' to stop - while also admitting the situation has been 'very trying' for wife Geri.
"It's obviously been a very trying period," he said.
"I'm married and have three children. And when that intrusion includes your children and the scrutiny that is placed upon your marriage...
"I'm very fortunate that I have a beautiful family and a very supportive wife. Of course, It's very trying, it's very challenging.
"When there's children involved, parents, families, it's not pretty."
He added: "The intrusion on my family is now enough. We need to move forward. It's time now to focus on why we're here, which is to go Formula One racing.
"There's been one thing after and a lot of leakage around what is a private and confidential matter between the employees and the company.
"It's unfortunately through that leakage garnered an awful lot of coverage."
