TV show host says 'best is yet to come' for 'queen' who made sudden exit

Daisy Kent didn’t come on The Bachelor season 28 to play. The account executive goes down in the franchise’s history as one of its most “inspirational” contestants. The host of the series, Jesse Palmer, says “the best is yet to come” for Daisy, despite her losing out on a shot at love with Joey Graziadei.

ABC’s The Bachelor came through this past September to heat up the Fall and Winter. Season 28 was serving all kinds of drama from the women falling out to Joey being in tears. The show’s 10 weeks rounded off with an intense finale. The final episode saw the ladies, Daisy, and Kelsey Anderson, both 25, do something for the first time in the franchise’s whole history.

Daisy ‘regains her confidence’

During the Bachelor finale, Daisy self-eliminated, leaving Joey and Kelsey to continue building their connection.

Joey and Kelsey left the ABC series engaged. And fans were left in awe of the “sisterhood” between the finalists, as well as Daisy’s strength in making a tough decision.

Taking to Instagram following her Bachelor exit, Daisy wrote how she’s now “regaining her confidence.”

She explained:

“You see the thing about life is you can never be certain what’s coming. How unexpected this whole journey was, but how beautiful it is to look back on. I’ll forever be grateful for the people I met, the places, and the moments that changed my perspective. I believe life is about how we love people, how we embrace our differences, how we can take what we were given and turn it into light.

Daisy continued: “I’ve regained my confidence & found my light again. We are complex beings meaning we are not one thing, one emotion, one simple feeling. Often we are consumed by one emotion, but I think the difficulty lies when we’re consumed by not one but many. I’ve learned you have to feel it all to allow more love in sometimes.”

She also thanked “…everyone who supported her journey.”

The reality TV star concluded: “No more roses, just daisies.”

Bachelor host says ‘best is yet to come’

Personally responding to Daisy’s post, The Bachelor shot Jesse, and commented how he doesn’t think her story ends there.

He said: “This past year was so big for you, and the best is yet to come!!! It was such a pleasure meeting you and learning about your story. You are such an inspiration to so many! Forever a fan of yours.”

It seems Jesse isn’t the only megafan of Diasys’s either, as she has people queuing up to bag her finale dress, too.

She shared a post in late March captioned: “Who needs a prom dress?” and shows off her stunning red finale gown.

Many people commented on how Daisy is a “queen,” and “the strongest girl in Bachelor history.”
